Exchanges & Returns

EXCHANGED & RETURNED ITEMS MUST COMPLY WITH OUR POLICY:

  • Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unwashed with all original tags attached
  • The original packaging must be included in the same condition as received
  • Exchanges / refunds must be requested within 2 days after receiving the order
  • Shipping charges for exchange / refund orders are not covered by AYO*

*Only if an exchange / refund is requested due to a fault in manufacturing, AYO is liable to pay the shipping expenses

Please send us your instapay handle or bank account details for us to refund you the amount

Also please note that once the return has reached our facility and passed the inspection you will the receive the refund in a maximum of 7 business days
